Operating Expenses

The day-to-day costs of running the association, including management fees, insurance premiums, utilities, landscaping, janitorial services, administrative costs, and routine maintenance. Operating expenses are funded by regular assessments and are tracked against the operating budget. They do not include capital expenditures or reserve fund contributions.
