Component Inventory

A detailed list of all major common area components that the association is responsible for maintaining, repairing, or replacing. The component inventory is a key part of the reserve study and includes items such as roofing, paving, painting, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Each component is assessed for its current condition, useful life, and replacement cost.
