Agenda

A list of topics or items to be discussed at a board or member meeting. Many states require the agenda to be posted or distributed in advance of the meeting. In some jurisdictions, the board may only take action on items listed on the agenda. A well-organized agenda helps meetings run efficiently and ensures important matters are addressed.
